Cookies

Cookies are small files that enable the storing of specific information related to the device on the access device (PC, smart phone, etc.) of the user. They serve, on the one hand, to make the use of websites as friendly as possible and thus make it easy for the users (e.g. storage of log-in data).

On the other hand, they serve to capture the statistical data of website use and to analyse them in order to improve the offer.

It should be noted, however, that the use and in particular the ease of use becomes limited without cookies.

Google Analytics

This offer uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses the so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on users' computers and which enable an analysis of the use of the site through them. The information generated by the cookie about the usage of this website by the user is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA, where it is saved. In the case of activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address from Google will be truncated within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address is sent to a Google server in the USA where it is shortened. The IP anonymisation is active on this website. On behalf of the site owner Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by the user, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other use of the website and internet related services with respect to the website owner. In the scope of Google Analytics, the IP address provided by your browser will not be merged with other data from Google.

The user can prevent cookies from being installed by activating the corresponding browser software settings; please note, however, that if you do this, you may not have full and comprehensive use of this website’s functions.

Piwik

This offer uses Piwik, an open-source software for the statistical analysis of user access. Piwik uses the so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on users' computers and which enable an analysis of the use of the site through the users. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this offer will be stored on the provider's server in Germany. The IP address is anonymised immediately after processing and before storage.

The user can prevent cookies from being installed by activating the corresponding browser software settings; the provider, however, points out that if you do this, you may not have full and comprehensive use of this website’s functions.

Access data / Server log files

The provider (or his internet provider) collects data on each access to the offer (so-called server log files). Access data includes: Name of the requested website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type plus version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address, and the requesting provider. The provider uses the log data only for statistical analysis for the purpose of the operation, safety and optimisation of the offer. The provider reserves the right to check the log data later if there is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use due to concrete indications.

Your consent to the storage of data, email address and to use it to send the newsletter can be revoked at any time. The cancellation may be made by post or to the email address below: info@sigmasport.com.

Data storage

We store personal data that you provide us only for as long as required to fulfil the purposes for which the information was collected, or as long as is required under law. (HGB, AO, TKG, TMG, StGB)

Verwendung von Facebook Social Plug-Ins

This offer uses Social Plug-Ins ("plug-ins") of the social network www.facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plug-ins are identifiable by a Facebook logo (white "f" on blue background or a "thumbs up" sign) or marked by the add-on "Facebook Social Plug-In". The list and the appearance of the Facebook social plug-ins can be viewed here:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/

When a user visits a website of this offer, which contains such a plug-in, his browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plug-in is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and which embeds it in the website. The provider cannot therefore exert any influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects with the help of this plug-in and therefore informs the user according to his state of knowledge: By the integration of plug-ins, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. When users interact with the plug-ins, for example, to press the Like button or add a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored there.

If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is the possibility that Facebook learns his IP address and stores it. According to Facebook only an anonymous IP address is stored in Germany. The purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of data by Facebook as well as the relevant rights and settings options for protecting the privacy of users can be learned from the data privacy information of Facebook:

https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

If a user is a member of Facebook and does not want Facebook to collect data about him via this offer and link it to the member data stored by Facebook, he must log out of Facebook before visiting the website.

Comments and posts

When users leave comments on the blog or other posts, their IP addresses are stored. This is done for the safety of the provider, in the event someone posts illegal content in comments and contributions (insults, banned political propaganda, etc.). In this case the provider can be held responsible even for the comment or post and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.

Subscribe to comments

The follow-up comments can be subscribed to by users. The user will receive a confirmation email to verify that they are the holder of the provided email address. Users can unsubscribe the current subscription to comments at any time. Confirmation email will contain references to it.

Integration of services and content of third parties

It can happen that within this online offer third party contents are integrated from other websites, such as videos from YouTube, Google Maps material, RSS feeds or graphics. This always presupposes that the provider of such content (hereinafter referred to as "third party") perceives the IP address of the user.

Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of each user. The IP address is thereby required to present this content. We endeavour to use only such content, whose respective providers use the IP address only to deliver the content. However, we have no control if the third party store the IP address, for instance, for statistical purposes. Insofar as this is known to us, we clarify about it in detail to the user.

Validity of the Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy applies to all our direct internet services offered, which can be reached or called up at www.sigmasport.de / www.sigmasport.com . They are no longer valid once you leave our internet portal (direct internet services) by clicking on a link (links) and go to a website to which we have no control (see information provided by the links in the Privacy Policy).

Email

If you enter your email address, we will communicate with you by email. A revocation regarding the use of email is possible any time in the future.
